This lever handle by Blu Performance has a contemporary design that brings a whole new look to modern bi-folding doors.

Key features of the Blu Performance bifold handle.

It features concealed fixing screws and comes with a unique ‘super satin’ finish. The handle has an ergonomic grip and is made from solid, marine grade, stainless steel. This gives a premium feel while also making it suitable for extreme environments like coastal locations. The lever/lever handle is mounted on an oval rose with a separate escutcheon below. Note: It is available only on the DV23 square sash.

Matching intermediate handles.

You can also upgrade any intermediate handles with our slimline stainless-steel option to operate shoot bolts on your bi-folds. The intermediate handle has a new square edge that completes the modern look and brings it all together.

High Security Ultion Locks now available!

You would be forgiven for thinking that buying a new door means that your home is more secure. Unfortunately, most are fitted with regular Euro cylinder locks as standard…

Did you know that it can take less than 10 seconds for a burglar to gain entry to a house with standard Euro cylinders? With just a few basic tools, they can snap the locking cylinder, open the door and simply walk inside.

We wanted to make sure that our comprehensive range of doors feature the best and most cost-effective security features – that’s why you can now upgrade any of our composite, uPVC or aluminium ranges with Anti-Snap and Anti-Bump Ultion cylinders!

Even if your door is relatively new, check which type of lock it has. Replacing your standard Euro cylinders with retro fitted Ultion locks is possibly one of the easiest and most cost-effective ways to protect a property too.

What makes Ultion barrels more secure?

Intruders wanting to gain access by snapping your lock would have to first try and snap the barrel twice to get to the core. If they manage to get through to the core, the next thing they will then have to contend with a molybdenum core – a metal that is 25% more dense than iron.

Once tampered with, Ultion cylinders will only work from the inside, further securing your home. As standard, barrels come with 11 pins (twice the amount of any normal barrel), hardened steel rods and plates to defend your home against drilling, and a new built-in anti-pick pin.

The keyways are also self-cleaning – each time you put the key in the lock, the contoured design pushes away any dust or dirt before it enters your lock, preventing jamming and making the locks last even longer.
